As a social media and public relations agency built around creating authentic stories, no stories are more important to us than the stories people create to support others. And that’s exactly what we found when we attended Wonder Women Tech (WWT), a fantastic two-day conference built around supporting women in science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM).
Team AG had the opportunity to attend a broad range of panels, workshops and speeches on everything from social entrepreneurship to diversity in hiring and leading as women in tech. Speakers came from all over the world and represented impressive organizations the United Nations, NASA, the White House and Google.
But the coolest part of the day was supporting one of our clients who we were thrilled to secure on a panel.
Sylvia Vaquer, Co-Founder and Creative Director at SocioFabrica, was featured on a panel alongside amazingly successful and inspiring women, like Jamie Myrold, Sr. Director of Experience Design at Adobe, and leading entrepreneurs/founders like Miranda Lee (CEO and Founder, Honeapp.co/ LX LABS Co); Rania Hoteit (CEO and Co-Founder of ID4A Technologies); and Sonya Lee (CEO and Founder of Dudeinatruck.com), who also moderated the panel.
The topic was Design Engineering: How Innovators Create Solutions and the ladies knocked it out of the park.
