About Us

Agency Guacamole is a different kind of communications agency. Our approach is to take the nuggets of your story and bring it to life online, with creators, in partnership with editors or in-person at events.

The firm was started in 2016 in Los Angeles by industry veteran Bilal Kaiser. We are now a team of just under 30 people with offices in LA and NY, though our work takes us all over the country, like Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Nashville and Miami.

Our work focuses on the beauty and lifestyle space. We pride ourselves on understanding the nuanced way of talking about beauty, and all the sub-categories our clients play in, across hair, skin, devices and color cosmetics. Though the majority of our clients are US-based, we have also had the privilege of working with international beauty brands, in particular Korean beauty (K-beauty) brands who want to launch campaigns in the US market.

Just as a delicious guacamole recipe brings together various ingredients to produce a wonderful final product, so does Agency Guacamole's approach to influencers, events and PR: connecting the dots, sharing meaningful stories and inspiring all stakeholders to deliver impactful, impressive and (in some cases) delicious results.
