WHAT IS B.L.N.D.?

B.L.N.D. stands for Beauty, Lifestyle and Nurturing Diversity.

Launched in 2018, B.L.N.D. is Agency Guacamole’s annual panel and networking series that elevates diverse voices in the beauty and lifestyle spaces, aiming to inspire connections and champion inclusivity. B.L.N.D. makes space for real-life, “real talk” conversations about what brands, influencers and consumers do to widen the space and change our industry for the better.

At a time with DE&I conversations are being suppressed, we’ve been busy exploring diversity and belonging from a range of perspectives including race/ethnicity, gender, intersectionality and even tech.

B.L.N.D. has been held in Los Angeles, New York City and Atlanta. This experience, featuring exceptional panelists and programming, has been a standout success year after year.

In 2026, we’ll be hosting our 10th B.L.N.D. event in Los Angeles. More details to come soon.
