When the sun stretches well into the evening, Fridays in the office can feel a bit stuffy. That's why Summer Fridays exist, to give us all permission to step away from the laptop a bit earlier, close those endless tabs and trade Slack notifications for a hint of sunshine.
Work-life balance isn't just a buzzword here; it's part of our company culture: fueling our creativity and mental health.
And if you're wondering how our agency is spending its time? Think weekend getaways, city strolls, celebrations and maybe even a nap or two. Here's a look at what a few of our teammates have been up to this year's Summer Friday:

Assistant Director, Influencer Partnerships & Content
"My Summer Friday was a whirlwind in the best way. With Leo season in full swing, I had to celebrate with three of my closest friends. We kicked things off in downtown LA with rooftop views and a long lunch filled with laughter, stories and plenty of good food, rolling effortlessly into a night of festivities. By morning, we were on the road to Palm Springs for round two: a sun-soaked pool day and a little late-night fun at the casino. It was the perfect Summer Friday: celebrating friendships, soaking in the sun and reconnecting with people I'd missed."
Neeka
Account Coordinator, PR & Influencer Partnerships
"This Summer Friday, I decided to take advantage of the day by taking in all the art at the Met Museum. One of my favorite parts of living in the city is putting on my music and walking around an art museum all day while learning about the different cultures in each exhibit. My favorite part was seeing the Met Gala Exhibit from this year's theme, "Superfine: Tailoring Black Style," which explored the history and influence of Black dandyism and its impact on fashion."

"I spent my Summer Friday doing what I do bestβ¦shopping! I finally decided to drop by The Grove to visit the Laneige Pop-Up and it did not disappoint. As a fellow skincare girlie, I urgently wanted to experience this pop-up. Highlights included the life-sized product displays and the most adorable photo booth! I highly recommend stopping by a pop-up whenever you have free time!"

Influencer Partnerships Manager
"For my Summer Friday, I headed to the lake for a weekend getaway with friends. Every weekend, the local sailing club hosts sailboat races β and despite having zero sailing experience, I somehow found myself on a boat officiating one of them. I learned on the fly, learning the rules as we went and it ended up being one of the highlights of the Summer!"
Adriana
Executive Assistant & Office Manager
"I spent my Summer Friday volunteering at Compton at Emerson Elementary School with Junior Achievement, teaching 1st graders about financial literacy and community. We covered topics like needs vs. wants, what jobs and businesses they see in their community and how each person contributes to strengthening their community in their own way. It's always so rewarding to see how curious and thoughtful children are. It was a great reminder that even the smallest lessons can spark big dreams."
We hope you had a great Summer and are feeling rested and ready to take on the rest of the year!
